Commission is calculated as a percentage of the Referred Customer's first-year subscription revenue only (excluding setup fees, professional services, and overages).
For contracts shorter than 12 months (e.g. a 3-month POC), commission applies to the total subscription value of the contract period.
Commissions are paid within 30 days of Certainly receiving payment from the referred customer.
The referred company must be a new Certainly customer with no prior account or active sales engagement.
Referrals are tracked via a unique link or manual lead submission. Attribution is valid for 90 days from first click or submission.

If a referred customer cancels or receives a refund within 90 days, commission is clawed back.
Self-referrals are not eligible. Referrals from current Certainly employees are excluded.
