What you will build
- Full stack work across our Python and Django backend and React frontend.
- Agentic AI features that touch real conversations every day.
- Integrations, APIs, and the tooling that lets enterprise teams launch in weeks.
Who you are
- Strong with Python, Django, and modern React.
- Comfortable in front of customers, not just behind a screen.
- Fluent in English plus at least one other European language.
- AWS experience is a plus.

AI that changes lives,not just metrics
Not everything we build is about conversion rates. Our technology powers an educational chatbot for people living with haemophilia, peer-reviewed in Haemophilia (Babington-Ashaye et al., 2023), proving that conversational AI can educate, support, and empower when it matters most.
Through our partnership with HUG, the Global Haemophilia Alliance, and Saytù Hemophilie, we back health literacy programmes across Africa and the Middle East. This includes work presented at the Global Digital Health Forum in Nairobi, where our agentic platform supported patient education in multiple languages in communities that rarely get access to specialist care.
When we say "front line," we mean it: from hospital waiting rooms in Dakar to rural clinics in Nairobi, not just contact centres. Our team takes volunteer days to support these initiatives directly. The same engineering talent that powers AI for Fortune 500 brands is also building tools that save lives in underserved communities.
