When MrBeast's team came to Certainly, they didn't want a support bot. They wanted a growth engine that could keep pace with viral traffic spikes, embody the creator's personality, and convert attention into revenue at internet scale.
What we built was the most ambitious AI shopping agent ever deployed for a creator brand. Here's how it worked.
"Make it sound like me." That was the brief. Three words. So we went deep. Hundreds of hours of MrBeast content. Every catchphrase, every joke, every chaotic burst of energy, reverse-engineered and woven into the agent's personality. The result? Fans didn't think they were talking to a bot. They thought they were talking to someone from the MrBeast universe. It didn't just answer questions. It made people laugh, gasp, and screenshot the conversation to share with friends. Feastables' audience is Gen Z. They don't fill out forms. They don't click "Subscribe to our newsletter". So we threw the playbook out. Lead capture became a game.
